Executive chef at the Edmonton Convention Centre. In 2012, Serge Belair won the Canadian Culinary Federation’s Chef-of-the-Year Challenge. As well, in 2013, he earned silver at the World Association of Chefs Societies’ Global Chefs Challenge and gold and silver medals at the Culinary Olympics as a support team member for Team Canada.
